Jim has a bit of a relaxed manner that helped the entire transaction. And he was super good about answering all ph calls and text messages and e mails and was patience with our grandkids as they were viewing houses. Very personal, warm and welcoming service. In our initial survey of properties in the Fort Collins area, Jim provided very focused areas for us to visit, based on our stated preferences, to determine our choice of 'neighborhood' locations. Subsequently he gave us tours of these and others, after our initial survey/drive through on our own, with obviously detailed knowledge on his part of the areas and homes available for purchase.
